DR. THOMAS NOONAN
Dr. Thomas Noonan was raised in the Stratford/Bridgeport area. He attended Kolbe High School, Boston College and the New England College of Optometry. Upon graduation, he served in the United States military as an Army Captain and Doctor of Optometry for four years, three years of which were spent in Germany. After completing his military obligation with Honorable Discharge, Dr. Noonan returned to Connecticut to establish his private practice. In 1999, Dr. Noonan and Dr. Carroll joined forces to establish Stratford Eyecare Associates, LLC where they have been providing eyecare to the area for over 15 years.
DR. LISA CARROLL
Dr. Lisa Carroll was raised in the Stratford/Shelton area. She attended St. Joseph High School, Muhlenberg College and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry/Salus University. Post-graduation, Dr. Carroll completed a residency in vision rehabilitation at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in West Haven, CT. She then accepted a one year appointment as Program Director for the Mobile Vision Program in New Brunswick, Canada. Dr. Carroll returned to Stratford to join her father in private practice until his retirement in 1992. In 1999, Dr. Carroll and Dr. Noonan joined forces to create Stratford Eyecare Associates, LLC where they have been providing eyecare to the area for over 15 years.
