Dr. Bennett is truly one of a kind and, without question, the best optometrist I have ever had. Her level of care and compassion is something you don’t come across often, and I am so grateful that we found her. I first met Dr. Bennett when my teenage son was experiencing severe eye pain after being hit in the eye while playing basketball. As a parent, seeing your child in that much pain is scary, and I was understandably worried. Dr. Bennett was incredibly patient, gentle, and thorough when examining him. She took the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure he was comfortable. But what really touched me was that she called us later that evening just to check on him and see how he was doing. She didn’t have to do that, but she did—and that small gesture spoke volumes about the kind of doctor and person she is. From that moment, I knew Dr. Bennett would be our family’s eye doctor moving forward. Every visit since then has confirmed that decision. She is knowledgeable, thorough, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her patients. You never feel rushed or like you are just another appointment on the schedule. And her staff is just as wonderful.
